Born Alexander Jeremy Stensel on May 26, 1990, Stensel was the son of two musicians, and as such, recieved much encouragement in the pursuit of happiness in the musical arts. At a very early age, Stensel had a childhood nanny named Lucy Fleetwood, the daughter of famed drummer Mick Fleetwood. One day, when Fleetwood was in town, he came over to visit his daughter, and played Stensels meager drum kit. Stensel was dumb-founded and quickly dropped the drums. Seeing Fleetwood play did however, fuel his desire to play some form of music, and Stensel shortly thereafter, began playing Alto Saxophone. By now Stensel was 6-7 years old and began to take an interest in rock music, and its many genres. At about the age of 12, he picked up the guitar. Both of his parents were accomplished guitarists, and found no quarrel with this. They bought him a $150 Oscar Schmitt OE-30 simi-hollowbody guitar, and after six months or so, started getting Stensel Lessons. He began learning from a Berkley School of Music graduate, Judah Kim. Kim instilled within Stensel a very good grounding and understanding of the basics of music. Kim was, however fairly young and did not have much in the way of technique. After about a year and a half, Kim left town for a year to his home-town of Philidelphia. In the interim, Stensel began learning from well-accomplished guitarist Howie Simon. With Simon, Stensels skill grew rapidly. He went from a young guitarist, to an accomplished rocker. He began to expand his musical reportoir into the chancier areas of Heavy Metal and punk. He quickly amassed a small fortune in guitars over the next few years, including a Fender Fat-Strat and special edition Esquire, an Epiphone Les Paul and Sheraton, and his prize possession, a Gibson Flying V. He was now ready to take up the challange of a band. He played with a few groups, including a band known as "Project: Antipop", a band that changed its name when they realized "Antipop" was a term already taken for a Primus Album. Eventually the band dissolved and Stensel went on his way. After several months of inactivity, a new band prospect came up. With the onset of Senior Projects, several of Stensels friends banded together to make a demo to preset with their project. This band setup, which included Terrence Meddows, Nathan Estan* (I cant spell your name nathan) and Shadrach Aldaba. This band setup is currently in progress, having recently recruited MC/Vocalist Cameron Jordan. With this combination, they have produced several songs and will release a full demo within the year.
